Recently I announced the availability of my first Pluralsight course in the exam 70-345 series. Now I’m pleased to announce that the second course, Designing and Deploying Exchange 2016 (70-345) Client Access is also available.

If you’re currently unconvinced of the value of Exchange 2016 certification, considering the trend towards Office 365, I encourage you to read my previous post on the topic which explains why I think on-premises Exchange certificate is still worth pursuing even in this cloud-first world.

This new course runs for about 3 1/2 hours, and contains the following modules:

  • Module 1 – Course Introduction
  • Module 2 – Planning Client Access Services
  • Module 3 – Configuring Client Access Services
  • Module 4 – Load Balancing
  • Module 5 – Mobility
  • Module 6 – Troubleshooting
  • Module 7 – Address Books
  • Module 8 – Office Online Server

There’s a lot of important information contained in this course, especially for namespace and certificate requirements which I still see a lot of customers making mistakes with. The modules align fairly closely with the exam objectives, but still take a real world approach. You’ll definitely learn more than “just enough to pass the test”.

If you’re an existing Pluralsight subscriber you can access the course right now.

Your Pluralsight courses are excellent! So is your book. Is there a timeline for when the next courses will be released?

The latest course (Transport) was just released over the weekend. For the rest, you can expect about one per month and all should be available by Christmas.
