Microsoft has released updates for Exchange Server 2010 and 2007 for December 2015.
- Update Rollup 12 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3 contains a time zone calculation fix and a number of other fixes rated as important.
- Update Rollup 18 for Exchange Server 2007 SP3 contains a time zone calculation fix and one other “opportunistic fix”.
This is largely what you can expect for Exchange 2010/2007 releases due to their current support status. Time zone/DST fixes are quite normal, and Microsoft reserves the right to slip in any other fixes they deem necessary or convenient at the time (for example, they might need to add a fix to Exchange 2010 to solve an unanticipated co-existence issue with Exchange 2013/2016 that rears its head in future).
I'm running a survey at the moment and so far I can see that a good majority of you are still running Exchange 2010, 2007, or earlier (!), but that a similar majority of you plan to migrate to a newer on-premises version or to the cloud in the next 12 months.

On track to migrate to Exchnage 2016 On-Prem from our current 2010. You can be sure we will do this new RU12 before coexistence with 2016. Interested to see how ReFS makes life easier. Cheers!
Migrating from Exchange 2010 On-Prem to Exchange On-Line. Should be done by end of 1st Quarter 2016.
Currently on Exchange 2010 SP3 and unfortunately it looks like we’re on track for O365 early next year.
Migrated from 2007 to Exchange Online and looking to upgrade the OnPrem infra to 2016 in 2016’s 1Q
