Email: sales@datapath.com.my Web: http://www.datapath.com.my I would love to help you with your technical issues, but I receive too many requests to handle. Instead of sending me your question, here are my suggestions for how to get help: Do a search of this website or Google to see whether your question has already been answered. Consider whether your question relates to an existing article on this site. If so, please check the comments on that article to see if your question has already been answered. If not, you can ask your question in the comments section of the article. I spend a short time each morning responding to as many comments as I can. If your scenario is complex or requires more than a few sentences to describe, please consider whether it may be more appropriate to post your question in a community forum. I recommend /r/office365 and /r/exchangeserver on Reddit. You can also go to the Microsoft Technical Community. Asking in a forum increases the likelihood that you'll get an answer. I spend some time each day in those forums, as do other MVPs and Microsoft staff. To check for basic server configuration issues that can cause problems, run the Exchange Analyzer tool. If your technical issue is causing data loss or a production service outage then you should also consider engaging Microsoft Support. If you feel that your question is more of a skills and training issue, I recommend the following learning resources: Office 365 Office 365 Administration Playbook - a beginner to intermediate level course that covers a range of common Office 365 administrative tasks. Configuring and Managing Office 365 Security - covers a wide range of security features in Office 365 and Azure to protect your organization's identities, endpoints, and information. Exchange Server For migrations, your planning should always start with the Exchange Deployment Assistant. I also have a training course on Migrating to Exchange Server 2016. To learn more about Exchange Server 2016, take my courses in the exam 70-345 series, or read the 70-345 training guide that I co-authored for Microsoft Press. To learn more about how to troubleshoot Exchange, read the Exchange Server Troubleshooting Companion. If you're new to PowerShell, take my courses on Managing Exchange Mailboxes and Distribution Groups with PowerShell, or for more general PowerShell training, start with the PowerShell learning path at Pluralsight. There are currently no advertising or product review opportunities available.I do not respond to unsolicited SEO/IM emails from throwaway Gmail addresses claiming to be able to increase my website rankings. And I do not sell links.I've removed this option as it was unfortunately being abused by folks looking for free work. I'll continue to look for ways to contribute to the PowerShell community.
