You can log in to the store at any time to download the latest files. Please refer to the instructions above. Q: I bought a previous edition of your eBook, do I get the latest one for free? Consider whether your question relates to an existing article on this site. If so, please check the comments on that article to see if your question has already been answered. If not, you can ask your question in the comments section of the article. I spend a short time each morning responding to as many comments as I can. If your scenario is complex or requires more than a few sentences to describe, please consider whether it may be more appropriate to post your question in a community forum. I recommend /r/office365 and /r/exchangeserver on Reddit. You can also go to the Microsoft Technical Community. Asking in a forum increases the likelihood that you'll get an answer. I spend some time each day in those forums, as do other MVPs and Microsoft staff. To check for basic server configuration issues that can cause problems, run the Exchange Analyzer tool. If your technical issue is causing data loss or a production service outage then you should also consider engaging Microsoft Support.
