In this TechEd Australia 2011 video Microsoft’s Ewan MacKellar demonstrates how to troubleshoot one of the most common issues – server performance. Ewan shows the troubleshooting flowchart that he and his colleagues developed to help identify performance issues and, most importantly, work out what to do next.

    Hello Paul,

    I’ve watched the video and it’s kind of a cool. However i tried to find the chart and slides which the presenter should be distributed to you but with no luck. I’ve also tried on tech-ed and strange, but this session, isn’t included. Would it be too much if I ask you to send me them to my email?
