This week my fellow MVP and co-author Tony Redmond announced that Microsoft has selected our book Office 365 for Exchange Professionals as part of the Microsoft Cloud Roadshows.
I’m pleased to let you know that Microsoft has selected the “Office 365 for Professionals (2nd edition)” eBook for distribution to select attendees who attend the Exchange sessions at the Microsoft Cloud Roadshows that begun in Dallas on November 2 and will terminate in Hong Kong on March 10-11. Microsoft is providing copies of the book in PDF and EPUB formats. The version being distributed is up to date as at October 27.
Obviously we’re very happy that Microsoft considers our book to be worth using in this manner, and we also appreciate the ongoing feedback that we’ve been receiving from those who have purchased and read the book to date.
The whole writing team (Tony, myself, Michael and Jeff) continue to track the evolution of Office 365 and plan more updates and improvements. Current customers of the 2nd edition (which is available for purchase here or on Amazon) will continue to receive free updates as we make minor corrections and adjustments along the way. Sometimes small but significant things change in Office 365 and with the self-publishing model we’re using we are able to update and distribute changes reasonably quickly.
We’re also working on the 3rd edition of the book, targeting a release in the first quarter of 2016. With so much on the Office 365 roadmap between now and then we’ll have plenty of new things to cover, and we’re also working on some structural changes to make the book even more useful for you.
