I’m pleased to announce that my latest Pluralsight course, Office 365 Administration Playbook, is now available to watch.

For companies that are just beginning their Office 365 journey there’s a whole new set of tools and processes that IT admins need to pick up for day-to-day administration tasks. In this course, I take you through how to administer Office 365 using the web-based administration portals that are provided with the service.

To get started, we look at how to provision a brand new Office 365 tenant. This gives you your own real world Office 365 environment to explore as you follow along with the course. You’ll go on to learn about user account administration, license management, groups, and resources. We also go through how to manage OneDrive for Business.

When I created this course I thought about beginner to intermediate IT pros who don’t feel confident learning about Office 365 on their own by trial and error. This course would be ideal for your junior admins or help desk staff. After they watch the Office 365 Administration Playbook, they’ll be able to confidently perform common Office 365 administrative tasks, and have an understanding of how and where to apply their new skills to other scenarios that they encounter on the job.

If you’re already a Pluralsight subscriber you can find the course here. If you’re not already a subscriber, you can sign up for a free trial to watch this course and others for 30 days.
