    Hey Paul,

    I have check versions and service packs and they appear to be aligned properly yet I am still getting the error. What would you suggest?

    Could you add little more detail for the reader not only know why, but how solve the problem?
    For example, run
    c:Get-Command EXSetup | %{$_.FileVersionInfo}
    in server and management PC for get the version and know what they must update.
    Or in the EMC, click in Help -> About Exchange Server 2010 for get the version info.
    After go to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/240.exchange-server-and-update-rollup-build-numbers.aspx for find the necessary update.
    Thanks for share your posts 😉
