Skype for Business is a nice improvement – unfortunately the regular Skype cannot be ditched for a change (at least in our organization). Too bad conference calls and instant messaging with multiple external Skype users are not supported… this is a real showstopper for a full integration and people here must keep a Sfb client AND a Skype desktop client… đ
