Microsoft Ignite 2019 marks an important landmark for Practical 365. It is the first anniversary of the all-new editorial team we announced at Ignite last year (admittedly, we’re a little late, as the event is a few weeks later this year!)
It has been just over a year since our editorial team acquired Practical 365, and we first set our aim to continue producing relevant interesting content, and grow the brilliant, dynamic community that Paul Cunningham built – all the way back in Exchange Server Pro days!
We feel like now is a perfect time to offer a forum for feedback, an opportunity for us to get to know you all a little better, in order to better understand what you would like from the Practical 365 contributors and editorial team.
So, we decided to launch our first ‘Practical People’ community survey.
What’s in it for you?
This survey will directly influence the content that we produce for the site. We strive to stay on top of industry news and trends, but it’s more of a challenge to gauge the technology changes and challenges that affect your day to day. By gathering reader feedback, we can ensure that the editorial agenda we set, and our technical ‘how-to’ content fits with the solutions and workarounds you’re looking for.
Not only that, all entrants who submit their email address (this is not compulsory), will enter into a draw to win one of three $75 Amazon gift cards. T’s and C’s apply (and can be found at the end of this post), and you do have to submit your email – otherwise how do we tell you when you’ve won?!
How long will it take?
We’ve spent some time refining the questions we wanted to ask you, so that this survey is very short and tailored to make it as relevant as possible (14-16 questions, depending on your track: Exchange, Cloud, and Hybrid).

This competition is now closed, and the winners have been informed.
The prize draw will run from Thursday 31st October 2019 until midnight Sunday 1st December 2019. Entrants must provide a working email address in their survey response, as this will be the method of contact if you are a winner. Only one entry per person is permitted, any additional entries will be discounted. The prize will consist of three $75 Amazon gift vouchers, one voucher will be awarded to each of the three winning entrants. The prize is subject to change at Practical 365’s discretion, and the winning entry will be randomly selected on Monday 3rd November, with the winning entrant being notified by email.
I’m assuming the winning recipient will be selected on 2nd December and not Monday 3rd November (which doesn’t exist)
